Shipping Policy

We typically deliver all the orders within 2-5 working days. If for any reason the delivery is delayed beyond that period, we will call you and inform you about the same.

For 'Cash On Delivery' Orders, we call the customer first to confirm the details and dispatch the order only when we get a confirmation of the order from the clients side. We typically try to reach you 3-4 times and the order is auto cancelled if its not confrimed on phone post that.

All the tracking details for the order are sent to you on your registered email id and phone number once the order is dispatched from our end.

Krafty Bear is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
